Shipping overview

All orders are carefully produced and packaged to ensure they arrive safely. All shipping is FREE.

Your order may be fulfilled and dispatched from:

  • our studio in Waltham Abbey (Essex, UK)

  • UK print partners in Bristol and Essex

  • specialist production partners in Europe (for selected canvas print formats)

  • framing partners in London (for framed items)

We reserve the right to use the most appropriate production and shipping method to ensure the best quality and safest delivery for your artwork.


Made-to-order production

Most items are made to order, meaning your purchase triggers production, printing, quality checking, packaging and dispatch. We do not hold stock.


Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, and in most cases within 10 days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item type (paper print, canvas print, framed work) and the production partner used.


Delivery services

We use a range of trusted delivery services depending on the size, value and destination of your order, including:
Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, FedEx and other tracked couriers.


Signature on delivery

Due to the value of the artwork, many orders are shipped using a tracked service with signature on delivery.


Packaging

Packaging varies depending on the format of the artwork:

  • Paper prints and unframed canvas prints are typically shipped rolled in a protective tube

  • Stretched canvas and framed items may be shipped in reinforced cardboard packaging or a protective crate, with additional padding as needed

Where The Loft Space Studio Ltd is solely responsible for packaging, we aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Please note that we cannot control the packaging materials used by third-party production or shipping partners.


International shipping & customs

International delivery may be available on selected items. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.


Incorrect address / delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
