Returns & Refunds

Each artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us — we’re always happy to help.

 




Fine art prints

Due to the nature of fine art printing and small-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

 



Original artwork

If you purchase an original artwork and decide it isn’t right for your space, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the artwork must be returned in its original condition

  • with all original packaging

  • using a tracked and insured delivery service

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the artwork is received and inspected.

 



Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • gift cards

  • sale/discounted items (unless damaged or faulty on arrival)

 



Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
